La Capitale Brasserie Celebrates French Gastronomy with Goût de France / Good France and Mother's Day on March 21 at Four Seasons Hotel Amman

Calling all French foodies. Every year, Goût de France / Good France brings together more than 3,000 restaurants and 3,000 menus, in 150 countries across 5 continents to celebrate French gastronomy.

This year, on March 21, 2018, chefs from around the world come together for a meal to celebrate the vitality of French cuisine and unite around the joint values of sharing and pleasure in a planet-friendly and healthy way.

Chef Arthur Vonderheyden, #chef de Cuisine at La Capitale at Four Seasons #hotel Amman, is one of the chefs who is participating in this world-wide #event with a special authentic French brassiere menu. The menu includes some of #chef Arthur's specialties and guest favourites such as salade de gésiers de canard (duck gizzard salad), loup de mer en croûte de sel (sea bass in sea salt crust), profiteroles (cream puff filled with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce) and a local camembert platter.

Another special day falls on March 21: #mothersday. Guests can also choose their favourite dishes from the a la carte menu they know and love at their neighbourhood brasserie.
