Michelin star awarded after first year of operations, along with “Five Red Pavilions” ranking

Four Seasons Hotel #kyoto also gained a coveted “Five Red Pavilions” ranking, which marks the highest level of #hotel comfort.

Sushi Wakon is the creation of Chef #reimasuda of Tokyo’s #sushimasuda, which also boasts two Michelin stars. Guests to #sushi Wakon can enjoy some of the world’s best quality ingredients flown fresh each day from Tokyo’s iconic Tsukiji market. The restaurant’s eight-metre-long (26 foot) hinoki cypress counter overlooks the 800-year-old pond garden Shakusuien-en. This stunning venue creates a truly unforgettable fine dining experience.
