Leasys reconfirmed as supplier of the TIM operative fleet
An agreement for long-term lease of 5,000 new light commercial vehicles has been renewed
Leasys S.p.A., the long-term lease company of #fca Bank, has renewed an agreement for 5,000 vehicles for #tim. These vehicles will be joining the operative fleet of the Italian Telco leader nationwide over a twenty-four-month period starting from the second half of 2017.
As requested by #tim, most of the chosen vehicles with be #fca Group brands: Fiat #fiorino Adventure 1.3 Multijet 95 HP and Fiat Panda (sedan and van versions). They will be customised with the familiar red livery and outfitted inside according to a variety of service and maintenance needs with drawers, ladders and ladder racks.
The new vehicles will also be equipped with a sophisticated black box system for monitoring various parameters in detail, including routes and fuel consumption, and for calling for help in case of need to ensure driver safety and fleet efficiency.
With this new agreement, #leasys is reasserting its position as the car fleet management leader and key supplier, together with #fca, of the major Italian Telco. Actually, at the end of this new contract, #leasys will have managed the entire operative fleet of #tim for 25 years focusing on service quality and placing great attention on cost-reduction: in particular, over the years, #leasys has driven a crucial change-over operation for #tim, which has led to optimising and consolidating the fleet and securing considerable savings for the partner.
