Mick Schumacher, in Adria, defends his leadership in the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth

• From Friday 6 to Sunday 8 May, 41 drivers from 21 countries will compete in the second round of the Italian series at the Adria circuit in Rovigo.
• Mick Schumacher leads the championship standings ahead of Guzman from Mexico and Siebert from Argentina.

Over 40 Junior drivers will compete this weekend at the #racing circuit in Adria, in the second stage of the #italianf4championship powered by #abarth. The #event will feature four thrilling races, all involving Tatuus single-seater cars powered by 160 HP #abarth T-Jet engines.
Due to the high number of young drivers taking part, the organisers have been obliged to divide them into 4 groups, who will alternatively race against each other. Each driver takes part in two races and then, if their scores place them among the 36 best, they qualify for the fourth and final race.

After the first round, held on the circuit of Misano Adriatico (Rimini) on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 April, the youthful #mickschumacher leads the overall standings, with two first-place finishes. Behind him lie the Mexican Raul Guzman and the Argentinian Marcos Siebert.  Schumacher is having a busy season, considering his simultaneous involvement in the #abarth F4 ADAC German Championships where, after the opening #event last weekend on the Sachsenring circuit, he lies second in the standings, just behind the Australian Joey Mawson.

This weekend's #racing schedule in Adria involves two rounds of official trials on Friday 6 May, at 18.40 and 19.10, followed on Saturday by Race1 at 10.30 and Race2 at 17.00, and on Sunday, with Race3 at 9.00 and Race4 at 14.00.
