This year, #franke stars at Eurocucina with two rendezvous: one at the Rho fairgrounds, in pavilion 9 of the FTK exhibit, and the other at the Brera circuit Fuorisalone events, with a specially designed installation. An edition proposing a rich program of events, with the participation of 7 star chef Bruno Barbieri and Madalina Pometescu, winner of the first edition of Bake Off #italia, both of them taking part in creative cooking shows.
The Eurocucina stand (Hall 9, pavilion B05/C06), arranged with painstaking attention to detail and featuring a markedly domestic appearance, bears the signature of architect Carlo Colombo. Until 17 April it will host the new projects, the new collections and a program of gourmet events dedicated to chocolate and food on a 360-degree basis. Among the new creations on display, the evolution of iconic collection #crystal: a system that brings together leading-edge technology, extreme functionality and an aesthetic appeal that translates elegance into precious glass. The common thread is ingrained refinement combined with unrivalled efficiency: ovens in A++ energy class with colour touch screens, cooktops with high efficiency flat burners, minimalist style stainless steel sinks with glass inserts, a dual material approach that is echoed in the #design of the hoods.
Pride of place goes to Frames by #franke, the new, modular, coordinated range topping system. Much more than a collection, it proposes a veritable cooking experience. A synthesis of avant-garde technology, energy efficiency, aesthetic excellence. An ambitious system, drawing its inspiration from the emotional and personal values associated with the kitchen – the venue of conviviality, discovery, new projects. 67 different elements are offered in two refined finishes – mesmerising black and precious champagne beige – that you can select to provide a perfect fit to your requirements and your expectations. Sinks and appliances become modules to be combined at your discretion (to obtain more than 100,000 configurations), creating an environment that reflects the way you experience the kitchen.
Besides the appliances: making their official debut at Eurocucina are Franke’s new ‘tailor- made’ worktops, in two versions Solid Surface and Quartz. A natural extension of the collection, the new exclusive tops are a sophisticated blend of #design, functionality, innovation and versatility, to obtain a kitchen styled by #franke down to the smallest detail.
In the heart of the lively Brera district, at Spazio Solferino 40, the Make It Wonderful event to take place from 12 to 17 April will stage the show “Just an hour ago” set up on a project by architect Carlo Colombo, with photos by Pietro Baroni.
Milanese photographer Pietro Baroni, in fact, has produced five gigantic blow-ups, using his camera to give life to as many artistic interpretations that exalt the synergetic effects of the five microcosms represented by #franke, Faber and the other Group brands. Visitors will be led along a path that strikes a balance between figurative art and #design, where the objects interact with the works through a well-thought-out alternation of solids and empty space. The show takes the visitors on a journey to the discovery of parallel and complementary worlds that accompany their daily lives with products characterised by increasingly attractive and innovative #design combined with user-friendly functionality. An exciting revelation of household appliances conceived to make every moment of the day less ordinary, whether at home or at a bar or a restaurant.
