Daniel Libeskind presents GEMMA for Moroso in NY

Daniel Libeskind, the world-famous architect, and Patrizia Moroso, art director of the eponymous firm, present the Gemma collection during a conversation moderated by Spencer Bailey, editor-in-chief of Surface, in Moroso’s New York showroom on 5th February 2016.
“Gemma is a small-scale exercise in architecture,” says its designer, Daniel Libeskind. Devised for both commercial and residential use, the Gemma range comprises an armchair and a sofa plus a range of seating better suited to public spaces such as airports and hotel foyers. Gemma embodies the synergy between the complex geometries for which Libeskind is internationally renowned and Moroso’s superior artisan mastery.
The Gemma collection was previewed at the 2015 Milan Furniture Fair and is now ready to make its debut on the U.S. market, too.
