The Maserati Winter Tour gets underway at Cortina d’Ampezzo and Courmayeur
Test drives on snow-covered roads to demonstrate the excellent handling of the Quattroporte and Ghibli S Q4 and an elegant fashion show to present the Maserati Capsule Collection: the Winter Tour is launched with a mix of the sporty performances, Italian design and sophistication for which Maserati is justly famed.
The Italian bank holiday weekend from 5 to 8 December marked the launch, simultaneously at Courmayeur Mont Blanc and Cortina d’Ampezzo, of the Maserati Winter Tour, a whole season of glamour and luxury, enabling customers and winter sports lovers to revel in the amazing handling of the all-wheel drive Quattroporte and Ghibli S Q4.
The Maserati Q4 range began its tour together with two world champions, Domenico Schiattarella representing car racings and Giorgio Rocca representing ski competitions, who, exclusively for Maserati, taught participants to get the best from the Maserati range’s amazing handling, both on roads and on low-grip surfaces.
At Courmayeur, the official opening of the Maserati Winter Lounge, in the iconic Chalet du Jardin de l’Ange, was held on Saturday 5 December, with the Courmayeur authorities and Maserati jointly inaugurating the Winter Festival. The evening culminated in the switching-on of the Town Christmas Tree, with more than 20 thousand lights shining in the square of Courmayeur, accompanied by the fine voice of tenor Piero Mazzocchetti.
At Cortina, Nicoletta Romanoff, Giorgia Surina and Massimo Lopez were the stars of the Maserati Winter Tour launch weekend, attending a sophisticated gala dinner during which the new Maserati Capsule Collection received its premiere. The fashion parade was held in the elegant Grand Hotel Savoia on Sunday 6 December, as part of Cortina Fashion Weekend.
For the organisation of the Maserati Winter Tour, the Brand has established a major partnership intended to promote the Maserati range worldwide in association with other brands of excellence: Ezviz, Poltrona Frau, Cantine Ferrari, Samsung, Azimut Wealth Management and Pirelli.
The atmosphere of elegance that has always surrounded Maserati will continue throughout the winter season at Cortina d’Ampezzo, Courmayeur and Ortisei, where the official launch will be held on Saturday 19 December.
At these luxury locations, Maserati customers will benefit from the Maserati Concierge #service, a booking #service offering access to the Winter Tour’s outstanding partner facilities.
