Nobu Doha at Four Seasons introduces "Kanpai at Nobu"
This fall, Nobu Doha is dishing up another reason to be happy with the debut of the restaurant’s Kanpai at Nobu daily happy hour menu. Sip, savour and enjoy a selection of Nobu’s specialty dishes and signature sips, at a special price, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The Kanpai at Nobu menu is available in the White Pearl and Black Pearl Lounges, as well as in the rooftop bar.

The Kanpai at Nobu menu gets even happier for ladies night. Every Monday after 8:00 pm, the happy hour menu is extended the entire night for the ladies. Signature menu highlights include whitefish new style, oyster shooters, and Nobu wagyu beef sliders.
As the city’s most coveted new nightlife venue, Nobu Doha features an artfully curated cocktail and culinary menu complemented by an unparalleled ambiance with three distinct lounges throughout the tri-level restaurant. Located at Four Seasons Hotel Doha along the water’s edge on the Arabian Gulf, Nobu Doha boasts 26,000 square feet (2,415 square metres) of indoor and outdoor space matched by 360-degree panoramic cityscape and water views, creating an unrivaled ambiance to dine, dish and discover a new side of Doha. The restaurant rivals some of the best venues around the world.
Leading the way in extraordinary experiences are the bespoke lounges. Mirroring Nobu Doha’s dramatic circular exterior coiled shell-shaped design, the venue appropriately features the White Pearl, Black Pearl, and rooftop lounges. All three areas reflect a destination within a destination, creating a distinct experience between the menus, bespoke design elements, and the finest lighting and sound systems in Doha. Renowned globally, DJ Soma mixes a fresh and eclectic mix of tech house, deep house, electro, funk, hip hop nightly throughout the three lounges.
Located on the second floor, the White Pearl Lounge features an oval-shaped bar and complementing canopy, both made of alabaster with bronze inserts. The canopy is filled with a collection of custom pearl-shaped light fixtures by renowned designer Ken Gangbar, while the bar back features accents of antique mirror and bronze. Serpentine banquettes and white granite floors provide a casual yet elegant space for drinking and dining.
Moving through the spiral staircase to the upper-most level, guests experience a spectacular outdoor lounge with commanding views back towards Four Seasons, the Doha skyline, the Corniche and the harbour. Individual sculptural resin canopies made by Kenneth Cobonpue and custom globe floor lighting provide a sense of intimacy at each of the tiered platforms of this evening lounge. Rooftop guests have access to the Black Pearl Lounge, the inverse of the White Pearl bar below, with similar materials but in dark hues. Bush-hammered travertine flooring are used throughout the space, making room for a fire pit and ample teak seating for large parties.
