TOYOTA TPCA Plant in Czech Republic Marks Cumulative Production of 2 Million Units
PSA Peugeot Citroën and Toyota Motor Corporation announce that their joint-venture vehicle-production company in Kolín, Czech Republic, Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile (TPCA), held a ceremony today in Prague to mark TPCA’s cumulative production of 2,000,000 vehicles.
TPCA was established in March 2002 and started production in February 2005. Producing the Peugeot 107, the Citroën C1 and the Toyota AYGO, TPCA took just seven years and one month to achieve the production milestone.
