Fashion Metropolis Berlin: Live impressions from the start of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week

The creators night present the visionary ACC01 collection and the Mercedes-AMG project "The Flip"
Stuttgart/Berlin. On 5 September 2022, with around 300 guests attending, the "Mercedes-Benz Creators Night" as the opening #event of MBFW #berlin Spring/Summer 2023 was held at the "Telegraphenamt” (Telegraph Office) in the Berlin-Mitte district. "Fashion and #automotive design have many inspiring commonalities, which we would like to present to our MBFW guests in an exclusive setting here at the new Telegraphenamt. We are delighted once again to be able to provide momentum for zeitgeist and creativity with our visionary #mercedesbenz Collection ACC01 made from recycled material. With will.i.am, Mercedes-AMG hosts an internationally famous artist and entrepreneur as a partner, who is engaged in many areas, demonstrating that the MBFW is an attractive stage for our #fashion engagement“, says Jens Kunath, Head of Passenger Car Sales Germany and Member of the Executive Board of #mercedesbenz Cars Sales Germany.
The #mercedesbenz Capsule Collection "ACC01" comprises some 30 pieces and can be seen in an installation at MBFW. Behind the collection is the Berlin-based creative studio Acte TM as a partner of #mercedesbenz and assisted by Antoni creative agency.
US star, artist and entrepreneur William James Adams, aka will.i.am, was a guest at the opening show. The internationally famous, multi-award-winning hip-hop musician and co-founder of the band "Black Eyed Peas" said: "It is great to be in #berlin and be able to share more about the "The Flip" vehicle and the social project together with the Mercedes-AMG team. The collaboration is a personal dream come true for me and I want to inspire and encourage others with it“.
