NEW OPENING: Florim Flagship Store Frankfurt

The opening in Frankfurt is part of a series of investments in image promotion initiated in 2009.

Florim is continuing to invest in the opening of new institutional spaces in the most important global #design cities. Following the recent opening in Singapore last November, on Thursday 27 February at 7.00 p.m. the Group will open the Flagship Store in Frankfurt – an important international crossroads in the Central European area.

The showroom – located in Hanauer Landstr. 175-179, 60314 Frankfurt am Main – is a place for meeting and dialoguing with #design professionals, a venue for events, meetings and training and above all a showroom displaying the Made in #florim porcelain collections.

At a time of general market uncertainty,” explains Claudio Lucchese, President of #florim Ceramiche, “our company is continuing to invest in the opening of new spaces that allow us to directly oversee strategic #design centres in order to come into closer contact with major #design firms and to promote Made in #florim products and the use of large slabs, both for traditional applications and for the new furnishing market. Following the most recent openings in Singapore and Frankfurt, our internationalization journey will continue in 2020 with the inauguration of two more showrooms in two major capitals.”

Located in a street full of prestigious brands’ showrooms, the Flagship Store in Frankfurt is housed in a listed building dating back to 1886. The spatial layout maintains the same stylistic identity as the other institutional showrooms: the #florim Gallery in Fiorano Modenese (Modena) and the Flagship Stores in Milan, New York, Moscow and Singapore.

Modern and elegant, it is spread over 700 m² in which the Group’s brand’s best-sellers (Floor Gres, Rex, CEDIT – Ceramiche d’Italia, Casa dolce casa – Casamood, Cerim and #florim stone), are presented through #design installations that showcase the large slabs’ expressive potential and technical performance (up to 160x320cm in three thicknesses – 6, 12 and 20mm). The lower floor is dedicated to meetings and institutional presentations.

The inauguration of the Frankfurt showroom is an integral part of a process that began in 2009 with the first opening of a space in Milan followed by Moscow in 2014, New York in 2015, Milan again in 2016 with Spazio CEDIT and Singapore in 2019. In the coming months, these spaces will be joined by two more locations in other countries considered crucial for architecture and projects.
