There is a saying “In Italy, they add work and life on to #food and wine,” and that is exactly why we love Italian #food. Now, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta launches “An Italian Gastronomic Journey” at its signature restaurant, Alto Restaurant and Bar.
Each quarter, the culinary team will curate a special selection of #food and beverages that takes inspiration from Italy’s deep rooted and eccentric culinary culture.
Marco Riva, Executive Chef for Four Seasons Hotel #Jakarta, comments, “Italian #food is about family, traditional dishes are created with the very best ingredients, and we are pleased to bring the whole experience of Italian dining culture to Alto.”
For the first quarter in 2018, guest are invited to experience the true taste of northern Italian cuisine. From the fashionable town of #milan to that unique jewel Venice, the north of Italy brings an earthy and rich cuisine that benefits from the immense reserve of herbs and fresh ingredients of the Alps mountains. To complement this gastronomic journey, the sommelier has paired amazing Italian wines to accompany the dishes.
The aperitivo is born in north Italy, so make sure to start the night with an #aperol #Spritz to stimulate the appetite and get ready to enjoy the greatest culinary delicacies.
