McLaren 720S & 570S Spider at the Bologna Motorshow
- McLaren Milano chooses the #bologna Motorshow as a second opportunity to showcase the #mclaren #720s and 570S Spider
- 720S and #570sspider are the first of 15 new #mclaren models or derivatives to be launched by the end of 2022 according to the Track22 business plan
- McLaren Milano will be on stand A39 in Pavilion 25 at the #bologna Motorshow, which opens to the public from December 2-10, 2017
McLaren Milano will be at this year’s #bologna Motorshow to showcase the two newest #mclaren models, the #720s second-generation Super Series and the first Sports Series convertible, the #570sspider. Only recently at Milano AutoClassica, the British creator of luxury sports and supercars has chosen this second Italian automotive celebration to give even more fans of the #mclaren brand in Italy the opportunity to admire the craftsmanship of its new cars.
Featuring technologies derived from McLaren’s racing heritage and with #supercar performance in the #mclaren tradition, the #720s is the second generation of the Super Series, the product family at the heart of the #mclaren brand. A stunning new interpretation of the #mclaren design language and dedication to aerodynamic principles, the #720s personifies the performance DNA of the #mclaren brand while featuring a luxurious, driver-focused cabin with the finest leathers and aluminium switches.
The #570sspider is a sister model to the 570S Coupé in the #mclaren Sport Series range and the only choice for buyers wanting a new #mclaren convertible. An ultra-light chassis, based around the MonoCell II carbon fibre structure weighing only 75kg, underpins every car and together with distinctive stylistic features and a wide selection of equipment, guarantees performance without compromise.
“These two models presented this year both embody the five key features exemplifying the #mclaren DNA, namely design, excellent aerodynamics, reduced weight, exclusive details and total driver involvement,”explained Ado Fassina CEO of #mclaren Milano. “The #bologna Motorshow is another good opportunity for us to have both the Super Series and the Sports Series on display for the public to see and admire”.
Every #mclaren is hand-assembled at the state-of-the-art #mclaren Production Centre (MPC) in Woking, England and each can be personalised to meet customer requirements. A range of option packs and selected ‘By McLaren’ interior designs are available, as well as further opportunities to enhance the standard specification with components and finishes from #mclaren Special Operations (MSO), the bespoke division of #mclaren Automotive.
Pricing in Italy starts from €252.620 for the #mclaren #720s and €214.450 for the #mclaren #570sspider.
