Honda announces its support of Dare to be different at Goodwood Festival of Speed

Honda (UK) has today (29 June) pledged its support of the pioneering Dare To Be Different initiative, introducing #jennytinmouth as a Dare to be Different Ambassador in dramatic style – riding a Dare to be Different liveried #honda Fireblade at this year’s #goodwoodfestivalofspeed.

In addition, #honda will provide two liveried HRV vehicles for the year, which will be used to support the many events in the #D2BD calendar for 2017 – another strong endorsement of the burgeoning momentum behind the young charity.

Today’s announcement from the world-renowned FoS took place at the Dare to be Different stand and Jenny, a Guinness World Record and Isle of Man TT lap record holder, was welcomed as a new ambassador by fellow bike star and one of the movement’s founding ambassadors – #mariacostello.

David Rogers, Motorcycle PR Manager at #honda (UK) said: “We are really excited to be able to help this young campaign.

“Racing is hugely important to #honda, both on two wheels and four, and we are always looking for ways to promote equality and provide opportunities. #jennytinmouth raced with us for two full seasons in our British Superbike team and she will continue to be involved in 2017, as an ambassador.
