Riva 1920 at Imm Cologne 2017

On the occasion of the #cologne Fair 2017 , Riva 1920 conceives its stand as a loft in which are presented the different home environments to recreate the warm and welcoming space of a house.

Alongside the classic pieces of the collection made of walnut, oak and cedar wood, cannot miss the pieces made of Briccola, the posts recovered from the Venetian Lagoon along with a series of slabs of Kauri, the ancient wood of New Zealand dated 50,000 years, that can be customized through the use of resin.

An increasingly wide selection of furniture is presented in the new finishes Vulcano (as far as concerns cedar and oak ) and Pigmented Milk White / Grey Ash (as far as concerns oak). The restyling involves some of the best sellers of Riva 1920, in order to enhance even more the wood and its grain, thanks to a series of craft processes involving the use of natural and organic substances in full compliance with the corporate philosophy, aimed to innovation and trial, but with a careful eye to sustainability and environment.

The quality of the furnishings is unchanged and always faithful to itself. The wood that you can see outside is also available inside and it is a guarantee of a product made entirely of solid wood, the highest expression of the authenticity and craftsmanship of the products branded Riva 1920.

Among the new products , you can find the tables Pangea Small (design Michele De Lucchi), Earth (top #design CR & S Riva 1920 – base #design Renzo Piano), Pyramid (design CR & S Riva 1920) and Eiffel (design CR & S Riva 1920) and two new benches made of cedar wood, chosen among the winners of the 3rd #design Award: Wedge design Boyan Grigorov andMountains design Hsiao-Ching Wang.

We will propose again some of the products launched at the Salone del Mobile 2016 such as: Icon (design Matteo Thun), Blend (design Alessandro e Francesco Meda), Oplà (design Vegni design), X Table (design Mario Bellini), Sequoia (design Cengiz Civan) and the benches :Dusk (design Karim Rashid), Spazzola (design Fabio Lo Jacono) and La Catena (design Claudio Bellini).
