Lumberjack debuts at Pitti, held in Florence 10-13 January 2017. Focus on the Modular Jacket System from the WE by #lumberjack collection. #lumberjack makes its official debut at the Florentine #event devoted to menswear collections for the 2017 autumn/winter season. For #lumberjack, #pittiimmagine Uomo is the ideal showcase for its new models in the WE collection for men. WE, footwear, jackets and bags by #lumberjack to manifest the brand’s essence. WE, like weekend. WE, like “us”. WE, devoted to the Urbanature population, extraordinarily ordinary people who appreciate and promote nature in the city. Revolutionaries, but always true to themselves. WE, a motto that becomes a trend. We by #lumberjack introduces a new form of outerwear ideal for facing up all weather conditions in autumn and winter: Modular Jacket System. It is a project born from the need to face up the sudden climate changes that force them to wear different clothes even during the same day Three compatible, matchable yet independent jackets. As a base layer, an ultralight padded jacket with double internal and external pockets, which can be topped by a water-resistant hooded jacket with heat-sealed seams, internal windproof cuffs and two double external pockets. Lastly, a traditional winter jacket made of soft-touch fabric, with a two-way zip, extractable hood, classic internal windproof cuffs, internal adjustable waist drawstring, four external pockets plus one internal pocket and two waist-height handwarmers that combined with the light jacket can be worn to deal with colder climates. A three-in-one system to cover the most common requirements of daily life, ensuring a pleasant feeling of protection and warmth without ever being suffocating or bulky. A little gem of design and craftsmanship which becomes a signature element of WE by Lumberjack’s range for the male world. For the shoes collection, next to Huston, the protagonist of autumn/winter 2017-2018 is Detroit, the WE by #lumberjack shoe which perfectly combines an innovative design of lines and volumes with a typically sporty taste. Dynamic, casual and extremely comfortable, Detroit is unique for its sole made from a mixture of EVA and rubber. The sole has a shock absorbing system with Centric technology placed on the entire width of the bottom at the heel that it is visible through three characteristic circular “windows”. Through the concentric arrangement of its micro-grafts in TPU it ensures comfort real, lasting and prolonged. The model is available in suede and mesh with contrasting details and colours. Grey and charcoal teamed with orange or pale grey; military green and bottle green with beige; azure and dark blue with white or ice. The third driving force in the #lumberjack stable is Spin. This model’s distinguishing element is its very particular fyon and rubber patented sole featuring the technical Full Grip non-slip system.It allows a greater adherence of the tread on any type of surface. Perfect for daywear and especially for leisure wear. The suede upper is destructured with close-set motifs which are plain-coloured or in more than one colour including contrasting shades. The palette is classically #lumberjack and ranges from ochre to dark orange, sage to navy blue, black to lime and encompassing grey and burgundy. To complete the look, a wide selection of accessories that collection after collection are gaining more space and importance within the #lumberjack world.
