Frantoio Bonamini: tradition and innovation at Cibus 2016

Verona, May 2016 – After the great success at the Vinitaly 2016, #frantoiobonamini takes part at #cibus2016, International #food Fair, an #event dedicated to the #food sectors’ professionals, retail and national and foreign Ho.Re.Ca, scheduled from the 9th to the 12th May, 2016, in #parma. The #food Fair, that is the most known in the world, will be attended by the major companies in the Italian food&beverage sector, who will present the products that have made them known and famous.

Now in its 18th edition, the International #food Fair proposes once again the lucky format of “Cibus is Italy”, pavilion presented at the EXPO 2015; a mix of exhibition and tasting of the products, conferences and business meetings, which has seen the participation of more than 300 thousand visitors, the realization of 15 sessions with top buyer from all around the world, the organization of 5 thousand meetings inside the pavilion and of 200 visits to the settlements in the area.

At its first adhesion at Cibus, #frantoiobonamini, from a long story that sinks its roots in the Italian tradition of olive oil producers, will present a new product from an innovative and experimental project: the new oil “Campo di Casa”.

This high quality product is the result of three years of work, which have seen transform a vineyard of 3,5 hectares adjacent to the mill, in a modern olive grove that counts 4000 olive trees. The oil, at its first press, presents a sweet, soft and delicate flavor, thanks to the young age of the trees: a unique product, with a strong territorial connotation. The secret is the innovative method of harvest, that is completely mechanized; this method permits to cut the costs but especially to speed up the steps, ensuring that the olives reach the mill in the shortest possible time, thus keeping intact their organoleptic properties.

Beside this news, the #frantoiobonamini will bring its leading products, known in Italy
and abroad, like Extravirgin Olive Oil “Veneto Valpolicella P.D.O.” and Organic Italian Extravirgin Olive Oil, as well as flavored olive oil and fine pickles.

Frantoio Bonamini, recently awarded at the Olive Oil Contest 2016 and winner of Three Leaves in the Italian Olive Oils Guide in 2016 from Gambero Rosso, it then confirms, once again, a great protagonist of the panorama of the true Italian oil, spokesman, in Italy and in the world, of the value and quality of the Made in Italy.
