Y.CO at Antigua Charter Show 2015
View State of Grace and Panthalassa in Antigua Taking place in English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour from 4-10 December, the Antigua Charter Yacht Show gives charter brokers an opportunity to view the world's most spectacular yachts available for charter. This year, yachts in the show will be available to view for 5 days, followed by a day sail - an insight into the cruising experience onboard. Y.CO will be hosting brokers and press on two of our charter fleet, both world-class Perini Navi sailing yachts: 56m Panthalassa and 39.4m State of Grace. They will be open to brokers for viewings at Antigua Yacht Club Marina. State of Grace Onboard State of Grace, chef Florence will be showcasing her culinary style. Specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, she also has an encyclopaedic knowledge of food from all over the world. Florence began her career in top restaurants, honing her skills through training and experimentation, and has spent the last 17 years onboard large yachts preparing food to Michelin standard for clients of many nationalities and tastes. State of Grace will also host a sailing day on Wednesday 9 December. After the show, State of Grace will be available for charter in the Caribbean. Panthalassa Panthalassa's rotation chef Gilles has 20 years' experience, and during the show he will be taking inspiration from the Caribbean to create light, healthy and tasty dishes using the best local fresh produce. His cuisine is mainly Mediterranean, though he creates outstanding Asian fusion dishes and can adapt his styles to suit the tastes of any guest. After the show, Pantahlassa will be based in the Caribbbean for Winter. The ideal Caribbean yacht, she has six equally sized cabins, great beach equipment and an array of water toys and dive gear onboard for exploring the area's clear blue waters.
